Public health is the health of the population as a whole, especially as monitored, regulated, and promoted by the state. A health system, also sometimes referred to as health care system or healthcare system is the organization of people, institutions, and resources that deliver health care services to meet the health needs of target populations. According to statistics USA has the highest health spending of 17.9% of GDP or $8362 per person including private and government spending. Qatar has the lowest health spending of 1.8% of GDP. Total health care spending of Brazil is 9.7% of GDP according to 2014 and estimated to increase of 10.5% by 2017. Estimated health care expenditure of Brazil is $309 millions, it is higher compared to other countries of South America.
